·Maintenance
a. Frequent start-up and shutdown will damage the life of the catalyst, no matter how careful the operation is, it

will always damage the performance of the catalyst, so try to avoid unnecessary shutdown.
b. Reduce sulfur, chlorine, oil and other impurities in the raw gas as much as possible, and keep the total sulfur
below 0.1ppm.
c. The raw material gas should contain an appropriate amount of CO2, which can promote the increase of metha
nol yield, reduce the formation of by-products, ease the heat generation of the catalyst, and prevent carbon
formation, etc.
d. The catalyst should avoid rolling and violent collision during transportation, and the airtightness of the packag
ing barrel should be good. The storage condition is required to be dry, so as not to absorb moisture and sulfifide in
the air. Once the package is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time.
