Activated carbon fine desulfurizer is a high-efficiency, high-precision desulfurizer made of high-quality activated carbon as a carrier, impreganted with special catalytic aids.
It is mainly used for fine removal of hydrogen sulfide in the production processes of synthetic ammonia, methanol, methanation, alcohol alkylation, food grade CO2, polypropylene, synthetic fuel, pressure swing adsorption, hydrogen peroxide, etc.
It can also be used for fine removal of H2S in coal gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, shift gas, decarburization gas, biogas, waste gas and other gases. The fine desulfurizer has large sulfur capacity, good strength and high desulfurization precision (H2S≤0.03mg/Nm3).

Working principle of activated carbon desulfurizer:
The H2S in the raw material gas reacts with a small amount of O2 in the gas to form elemental sulfur, which is deposited in the micropores of the activated carbon. In addition, a small amount of H2S reacts with some active components to form solid sulfide, which is deposited in the micropores of the desulfurizer. The reaction formula is :
H2S+½O2=S+ H2O H2S+MO=MS+ H2O (M stands for a certain metal)
