Product Description

Mercury Catalyst for Synthesis of Vinyl Chloride is based with coal pellet activated carbon. Activated carbon mercury catalyst is widely used in the synthesis of PVC raw materials. Without the application of activated carbon mercury catalyst, the cost of PVC raw materials will be greatly increased, which will directly cause the higher price of PVC, and directly affect the scope of PVC usage.

Application

PVC is one of the five general-purpose plastics, and its products are widely used in soft products such as packaging plastics, artificial leather, plastic products, and hard products such as pipes and plates.
In modern chemical production, more than 90% of the reaction processes require the participation of catalysts (commonly known as catalysts).
The mercuric chloride catalyst was prepared by using the selected imported coconut shell activated carbon as the carrier and mercuric chloride as the main active component. The mercuric chloride catalyst supported by the activated carbon and the single metal mercury as the carrier was prepared by the special impregnation method.

Package


Activated carbon is generally packed with 25kg/bag, 500kg/bag with or without pallet. We can also customize packages according to clients' needs.
